

In 2015, the Central Bank of DPR Korea issued a silver commemorative coin of the famous Korean painting “A Man Angling a Dragon”.
Carved on the central front of the coin is the image of the famous Korean painting “A Man Angling a Dragon”. On the right part of the front are letters reading “A Man Angling a Dragon 17th Century” (《룡을 낚는 사람》 17세기) and on its left part are letters “2015”.
On the central back of the coin is the image of Taedongmun. Seen in the upper part of the back are the letters “Democratic People’s Republic of Korea” (조선민주주의인민공화국) and in its lower part are the weight, face value and degree of purity.
The face value of the silver coin is 750 won.
The size of the silver coin is 32 mm in diameter.
The silver coin contains 0.5oz of 999 silver.
Its mintage is 1000 pieces.
